Music therapy is the clinical use of music to accomplish individualized goals such as reducing stress, improving mood and self-expression.
Sunday evening is the day when we all prepare for the stressful Monday and the new work week.
Music Therapy Session will feature the finest organic and downtempo house music.
Why only once a month?
The answer is simple, I tend to use really good quality music. If there are enough quality tracks, maybe it will be broadcasted twice a month, but… I can’t promise.
